Takterrassen är en gemensam plats för samtliga boende i föreningen. För att alla ska kunna använda ytan på ett tryggt och respektfullt sätt gäller följande regler:

1. Takterrassen kan inte bokas

Ytan är öppen för alla boende och får inte reserveras för enskilt bruk.

2. Hundrastning är inte tillåten

Terrassen får inte användas som rastningsområde för hundar eller andra husdjur.

3. Cykling, inlines och liknande är förbjudet

För att undvika skador och slitage är det inte tillåtet att cykla, åka inlines eller använda liknande utrustning på terrassen.

4. Barn måste ha sällskap av vuxen

Barn får endast vistas på terrassen i närvaro av en vuxen.

5. Städa efter dig

Var och en ansvarar för att ta med sig skräp, matrester och personliga tillhörigheter efter vistelse på terrassen.

6. Skador eller stöld polisanmäls

All skadegörelse eller stöld av föreningens egendom kommer att polisanmälas. Videoupptagning från övervakningssystem kan användas som bevismaterial.

7. Överträdelse kan leda till bot eller andra åtgärder

Vid upprepade eller allvarliga regelbrott kan föreningen utdela en administrativ avgift eller vidta andra lämpliga åtgärder.

The rooftop terrace is a shared area for all residents in the housing association. To ensure that the space can be used safely and respectfully by everyone, the following rules apply:

1. The terrace cannot be reserved

The area is open to all residents and may not be booked for private use.

2. Dog walking is not allowed

The terrace must not be used as an area for walking or exercising dogs or other pets.

3. Cycling, inline skating, and similar activities are prohibited

To prevent damage and injury, the use of bicycles, inlines, skateboards, or similar is not permitted.

4. Children must be accompanied by an adult

Children are only allowed on the terrace when supervised by an adult.

5. Clean up after yourself

Each person is responsible for removing any trash, food remains, and personal belongings after using the terrace.

6. Damage or theft will be reported to the police

Any vandalism or theft of the association's property will be reported to the police. Surveillance footage may be used as evidence.

7. Violations may lead to fines or other measures

Repeated or serious violations of the rules may result in an administrative fine or other appropriate actions by the board.
